Louis has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years with a proven track record of helping his clients accomplish and exceed their fitness goals. His experience includes the work he has done in numerous local gyms in the Miami area, as well as working with a broad private clientele, from youth fitness for kids as young as four years old, to the athlete looking for performance gains, to those simply wanting a healthier, fitter, leaner physique. Louis' mission is to help his clients achieve a balanced and healthier life by using his fitness expertise and God-centered values. This has gained him the reputation he has today of being a moral and ethical coach who partners with you to take you where you could never go on your own!
